Apt's Project Staffing Models :

Apt has a staffing model which will effectively allow Apt’s clients to transition certain business and technical knowledge once, and not require subsequent, repetitive transitions.

Apt’s offshore methodology and management system and comprehensive process supports migrating varied types of work to our remote delivery center/s. In terms of staffing, the key attribute associated with this methodology is flexibility. One cannot make the assumption that one particular staffing model will suit each and every offshore opportunity.  Depending on the nature of the application involved in the migration effort, there are times when a larger, on-site component is required to ensure a sound, thorough migration has taken place.  Conversely, other types of application work permit a higher percentage of work to be performed offshore.
